Following Frenzy!

I'd like to have another level in who I'm following ... not just "following" or "everyone." I'd like a category for my "Favorite Following" group. I suppose a "News" following group might also be helpful. I want to add to my following ... but I don't want to flood my group and get lost in the updates.
