Forgot password and email associated with account, oops...
I have two accounts on Twitter, and have forgotten the password on one of them, and also can't recall which email address I have associated with it - I've tried all the ones I can think of. What are my options now? I'd rather not post my account name here. Thanks.

Inappropriate?I contacted Twitter support, and they sent me an email telling me to login to change my password (which I can't obviously do), or to use the link that requires your email to be correct in your account for getting a password reset link. Also not helpful.
It seems like a lot of people have had this problem -- what's it take to get some help?
I’m very upset.

Inappropriate?Hello. In the email that you received from Twiter support, could you check if there's a link in the upper right corner called "View the complete request history"?
If there is, could you kindly click on that link, so you can get to your specific issue page in Twitter's support system?
Once you're there, you can:
a. see the entire history of your support issue, and
b. enter a response or follow-up request.
My suggestion is that you use that page to tell Twitter Support what you wrote above -- that the resend-password form expects you to know your email address and that you don't remember it, so you can't use it.
I actually made the same mistake as them -- in my original reply to you, I suggested that you use the password recovery form. But when I visited the form to check if I remembered the URL correctly, I noticed that it asks you for your email address and not your user id. Lucky for me, I was still within the 15-min edit window, so I was able to update my reply to what you now see above.
I know it's frustrating to have to explain your problem again in a follow-up reply... but I do think that's the course of action that will help you the most.
P.S. The only other suggestion I can think of is for you to search through your various emails for a message with the subject line "Welcoming you to Twitter!" -- that's the email that Twitter automatically generates and sends to you when you first sign-up. If you find one or more emails like that in one of your inboxes, you may be able to figure out what email address you had used.
I’m sorry I couldn't be more help
