Former Twitter name appearing in RTs

Former Twitter name (last used approx Aug 6, 2009) has recently started showing up in RTs this past week, and, of course, the people who RT that former name don't appear in my current @reply listing. For an example of this, do a search on name 'iRanRgreen.'

As a side note, a "favorite" that was never saved but comes from the June 2009 time-frame is also appearing in my 'fav' listing and cannot be deleted.
