Inappropriate?I've used backupmytweets.com, and once they're done backing up your tweets you have the option of getting a Direct Message notification through Twitter. Then you can opt to download your tweets via 3 file options: HTML, JSON, and XML.
Great trial usage, but it runs out after a month I believe. There are paying options though to keep it going. *thumbs up*
