getting annoying login for API!!

I'm constantly getting this alert box when i log into twitter:

A username and password are being requested by http://twitter.com. The site says: "Twitter API"

what can i do to have it stop?

The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

Remove Inappropriate?
Delete or Edit for 15 minutes

Hello. If you are still experiencing this problem, kindly visit this other thread and if possible, please provide the additional info that Twitter has requested.

See Twitter asking for authentication for its API when I use Twitter website.
