hacked account!

i had a gmail account, which i had to disable because it was hacked. now i'm not able to log in to twitter. there are no updates posted from anyone else.

i guess the person reset my password using my hacked personal email account..

that was the first thing i tried, the reset password email is not coming to my email?? please help

Can you check if it's in the spam folder of your email account?

If it's not there, your best bet is to request to have your password reset at http://twitter.com/help

same exact thing is happening to me and I'm not getting the email either. is Crystal still with twitter?

i ended up using the http://twitter.com/help form to fix my prob. twitter never emailed back but the resend email worked about a day later.

I've had this problem in the past and yeah twitter needs to step it up in order to protect us

My account has recently been hacked by someone who was doing mas advertising as I can see the links on my page that go to some strange site and now I have my account suspended.

I went on my account and changed the password right away and have also sent some emails to twitter with the issue but when I go to Twitter with the "ticket number," it comes up no such incident..

Can someone please tell me how I can "clear up this mess?"
