Inappropriate?Hi, I can't get my messages to work. I do not have allot of time to spend on Twitter and am finding it some what frustrating. I follow what it says to do but it doesn't work... I believe I know how you feel... "easy" :-) .....

Inappropriate?I could swear I thought there would be someone from customer service around... Is that all? Are we supposed to answer each other's questions in the best way we can? This is more than disappointing... is there a REAL customer service for twitter users, anyway?
