Help I cant Tweet!!!!!

Twitter not sending replies hanging and not working -problem in increasing in frequency. cant post from either tweetdeck or twitter.com as tho in twitter jail...but not in twitter jail.
Tweets missing...not receiving. and unfollowing peeps...nd they me!
