Help me PLEASE, reset my password!!

I have forgotten my password. I need to reset it since my phone number is connected to the acct. It has been 3wks of dealing with this issue! I have sent in a ticket and was being helped, but the person has not responded to my reply email. I would like to have this fixed today or I am giving up on Twitter. This is the most frustrating thing and the customer service is horrible. Could someone, anyone help! I see that there are 19 employees listening and particpating. Could one of you reset my password?!!!??
