HELP with Background design on twitter
background design, why is there no help on what to do to change it, just crazy numbers in the boxes . . .

The numbers in the boxes are codes that represent different colours. (It's a web standard.) #FFFFFF represents white and #000000 represents black - with 16 million colours in between.

My advice would be to have a play and see what different colours look like - you might like to use a background image or just use solid colours ...
