How am I still being followed by a suspended account?
Got an email a few days ago informing me of a new follower (a stranger), but when I checked him out, his account had been suspended. I removed him from my followers and ignored it. Today I noticed I have a higher follower number, and checked, and he's back, but his account is still suspended. How did that happen and/or is it a danger (somehow) to my account? (Guy's account name: day1trading5, name: Jason)

Inappropriate?I have similar problem.
Same scenario except that when I go to block the suspended follower there is no confirmation and i am returned to my follower list with the rogue follower still listed....?
I’m puzzled and disappointed
