how do I link Twitter to facebook so that what I update in twitter will update in Facebook as well?

Go to the Twitter "Help" menu and look in "FAQ". Towards the bottom of the page there is a link to the Twitter facebook application. You'll need to log into this with your Twitter ID and password... and then change the setting to allow Twitter to update your Facebook status. Easy!
