How can I remove a "TWITTER" banned follower from my home page?

Hi, Follower on my home page has been blocked by twitter for spaming and I'm unable to take her off my "I'm following" list on home page. she doesn't appear on "who I'm following" page. I'd like her pic removed please.Thanks...
