How can I set up a unique rss feed for my tracked items?

I am not sure if this makes sense or not, but at the moment I can not view my tracked items on my twitter homepage, I only get them on my phone. (My web notifications for some reason do not work, so I am confined to getting them as sms, maybe you can look into my account and see why. ) So, I want to figure out a way to feed my tracked items to display elsewhere, or find a service that can aggregate that data and display it on a webpage or provide an rss feed.
