How can I Twitter using one of the many IM accounts I have?
Is there any Instant Message service supported by Twitter? I have AOLIM, Yahoo, ICQ, Google Chat, Mac Chat. I Do not want to pay for text messaging on my cell phone.

Inappropriate?I've been using http://ping.fm to post updates.
And I recently signed up with Twitt'd at http://twittd.nodehub.com to receive Twitter updates via IM. Twitt'd relies on the Twitter API to send and receive updates.
Both are third-party services.
Twitter's own IM service is currently offline and not expected to be back for a while, unfortunately. -
