How do I get a terms of service issue resolved
I've been wrangling with a terms of service issue for over 2 months, and have not gotten one person to respond to me.
The issue: A 3rd party registered our trademarked name. We are trying to reclaim that twitter handle.
My most recent action was to send in an email to username@twitter.com, per a posting on TechCrunch. The account looks to have been reset, but I never received an email explaining how to login. I need help..

Inappropriate?I've also been trying to get a response to a trademark issue since 12/16. I've submitted two help requests and an email to support@ with no response. Is anyone from Twitter on here that can help move this along?
