How do I get hold of a Twitter identity that someone else has but hasn't used?
Hey, I'm from the team behind the free software collaboration service Launchpad.net.
We have the Twitter account launchpad_net. Someone already had launchpad but they haven't posted. Is it possible to take over an ID that someone isn't using?
