How do I remove suspended accounts from my 'Following' list?

Hi

I have a number of 47 accounts I am having difficulty unfollowing because I get this error message:

"Hold up!

Sorry, the profile you were trying to view has been suspended due to strange activity."

My personal account is AdeShokoya - and other than ClintonSwaine and TamekaSmall, I want to delete all other 'following' accounts.

Kindly assist.
