how do I report a twitter spam bot
A spam bot is tweeting me with "echoes" of a friend's tweets. How do I report this, so you can kill it?

Inappropriate?You can report spam through Twitter's @spam account.
1. Login to Twitter
2. Go to http://twitter.com/spam and follow it. It will follow you back almost immediately.
3a. Send a DM to @spam using the format:
"d spam @spammyaccount is a retweeting bot" (without the quotes)
OR
3b. Send an @reply to @spam using the format:
"@spam @spammyaccount is a retweeting bot"
Sending spam reports via DM is preferred since you don't bother your own followers and you don't call attention to the spammer.
You can also log a spam request at http://twitter.com/help
