How do I see Twitter all the time?
When I signed up for TWITTER I thought there was a way to monitor tweets all the time. Is there a way to do that?

Not sure if I understand your question. Can you elaborate a little bit?
You can monitor twitter in several ways, here are a few
1. Check them on the web via twitter.com
2. Sign up to get tweets on IM (e.g. Gtalk). You can turn notification on for people you follow and then you'll get them on IM
3. Sign up to get tweet on your phone via SMS

There are several different ways to check your friends tweets constantly:
* Twitter.com
* Mobile Twitter.com (which is m.twitter.com on your mobile device)
* SMS (on your cell phone)
* IM (this is currently disabled)
* Or using a third party application like Twhirl ( http://twhirl.org )
