Exactly, and when it comes to using venues like twitter to stalk, harass, threaten, libel and defame you begin to enter into dangerous territory from a legal standpoint. Personally, because the threats and harassment cross state lines I'd like to see the FBI involved. Professionally, I'd like to see some attorney's involved. a 20 year old story that was changed by Brian/Amanda Chapel? you are playing with fire if you make it so we can't be honest and write honest accounts of our own experiences without being accused in reverse without cause. It was very clear in the story that I was a virgin at the time and the police were aware of this 20 years ago (this was part of the story). This was answered above. You can't block interrelated networks, i.e. Summize, FriendFeed, Seesmic, Identi.ca, etc. And by not replying at all, they Noah+Igor get to spread pernicious disinformation unchecked. We are here hoping that Twitter will address this issue. Twitter management has said privately that they intend to address the "environmental hazards" but that may take a little time. If our words made things moot then this thread wouldn't be here. Our words are not always serious or true and it is @aMANdaChapel / Brian's deficiency and failure that lead us to this thread. Err Noah this is not accurate. I would prefer to keep this out of this forum. I asked Twitter to remove it. Since they ignored my requests, then they have to allow my side. The vote from the faculty for my reappointment was: Yes: 9 No: 2

Then Edith Balas, accused Kurtz of encouraging her name plate outside her office door to be ripped from from the wall as an act of harassment, (this happened), ( She was a 69 YO Auschwitz survivor), She had endured this type of thing for 4 years under Bryan Rogers. She then said a Nazi symbol was placed on her door. I complained to the the faculty and Bryan Rogers for this treatment of her, via an email, after I ran into her in the hall and she was crying. Bryan took the email and taunted Edith at a faculty meeting of tenured professors, (it came out in discovery), for being so sensitive, causing her to cry again and be publicly humiliated. No one stood up for her. He tried to have my vote taken again, saying it was uncollegial of me to have complained about this treatment of Edith. The vote was then 8 yes, 3 no. I still was reappointed but Bryan tried to illegally have it over turned. A grievance was filed because I was asked by 3 other faculty members to file it. I was not allowed to hear testimony, (against the grievance policy), and in fact, it was only used to create false evidence by CMU lawyers. A federal lawsuit was filed. it went all the way up to the week before trial. It was not about feminism. I was not a feminist. Nor were any of the women involved. Bryan liked feminists (Faith), as they were not a threat professionally. There is so much more to this; you have no idea. It has been hidden by CMU. Did you ever ask yourself, why Kurtz, who promoted hacking, was supported and hired by an institution that is primarily supported by military research and has CERT? Do you really think he was counter culture? Or was it a way to attract hackers in order to understand them? Bryan Rogers, Penny, Kurtz, and Sturgeon all lost their jobs after the lawsuit. The President, (Cohen), was told lies by the lawyers. He did not like it, and the CMU lawyers were replaced. I nearly lost my life there. I take this very seriously. It is not a game for me. I wanted to add, that I wanted to leave CMU, I just did not want to be tortured, as I was, nor did I want others to be. I told Bryan Rogers in the first month, if he wanted me to leave I would leave, just let me know. He did not want me to just walk away, he wanted me broken, and tortured.
