How reliable is the "is.gd" URL shortener?
I am considering building an application that would use the "is.gd" URL shortener... has anyone had reliability problems with it?

Inappropriate?It's pretty reliable if you ask me. I've never seen it down, and use it as my main URL shortener. I also like bit.ly for its stats, API, and many more features (but the URLs are a bit longer than the is.gd ones.).
I’m happy with both is.gd and bit.ly much more than TinyURL.
