I am having serious problems loging into twitter, my password will not go through!!

i changed my password,but when i go 2 sign in on twitter i cant log into twitter. i sent a request to my e-mail,but i am not sure if i verified it with twitter.can you please reset my password and verify my e-mail. my user name is :boedlove201 my e-mail is :mistamoneyskeem@aim.com.
