I am not able to send tweet from my cell when sending it as a text.

I am sending text messages to 40404 and they are not posting to my twitter site. They were posting before the DoS attack, and since then they have not been posting. I am able to receive tweet via text. I am on AT&Ts network. And m.twitter.com doesn't not load on my cell web browser.
