I can't confirm my google apps chat address with twitter
I've got everything set up so I can use a google apps custom domain to chat, and Adium can connect to my account. I can even chat between a generic "@jabber.org" account and my custom domain, but twitter can't seem to connect to me.

You have added the SRV entries for your custom domain ?
Without that, Twitter will not know "where" is the Jabber server.

Inappropriate?Well I just did some testing with Meebo and it worked great so the problem is not down to Twitter only. I will wait a day or so to let DNS clear itself out.

Inappropriate?Its still not working. I find it hard to believe Twitter's DNS still has not attempted to reload my settings. I think something is broken with Twitter's Jabber.

Inappropriate?I have the same problem. Since I have a special domain @____.com Twitter and Meebo both don't work. It appears if your IM doesn't end with @gmail.com both Meebo and Twitter ignore it. I hope Twitter support chimes in on this one and helps out.
