I can't verify my Sprint phone.
I sent the verification code to 40404, but had no response. I tried sending a shortcode to Google, no response. My friend has Sprint and has no trouble with shortcodes. I called Sprint support and they acted like they had never heard of shortcodes or Twitter. What can I do?

Inappropriate?I had the same issue as you. I used the online chat support. At first she told me everything looked fine. I told her i couldn't text to the short codes for twitter and google. She said she would use their "professional" sms tool to check again. She discovered that both twitter and google were being blocked, and unblocked them both. I am now up and running fine.
I suggest you contact sprint support again. Its definitely on their side, you just need to find someone that knows what they are doing.
