People in different countries seem to be experiencing a problem with sms right now, so I don't think it's a problem that's specific to your account.
Perhaps it will help Twitter troubleshoot if you were to post in the other thread and indicate your country, the Twitter sms number you use, and your mobile provider.
I’m hoping this gets fixed soon.
