Inappropriate?I have the same problem. While I don't like Twitter's answer, here it is.
I'm not a spammer, but yes, I do batch follows, and yes, I have a couple of automated tweets (they go out about twice a week so I don't forget about them). Twitter's boundaries are clearly MUCH too restrictive on this.
