I forgot my password. I enter my email address. Twiiter says it has been sent to email. I never recieve email

I have basically the same problem only I can not get to the email because the account was deleted and i forgot my twitter password

I made my twitter acct at the end of last year. Just started using it again recently. changed the email, to update to my current one. it said "your email has been updated!" or whatever. later on I'd decided I'd better change my pw too, so I did. "Your password has been updated successfully!" or whatever. Since then, I have logged in Several times -- using that new email addy and the new pw and it goes through no problem. (I was trying to get my display how I wanted it, and tweak other things.)

Now all of a sudden, I try to post a question about how I hate the "Everybody" tag and that there should be an option to not have it or block it. I write out my complaint. Wow, now all of a sudden, my pw and email addy neither one will work -- at all. I tried saying "I forgot my pw"... It would tell me to enter the email, so I did, and it says it isn't registered with twitter! After I've signed in with I don't know how many times! What is going on?

With all the problems I've had setting up my display and getting it to save changes, and various this and that, I almost don't even care anymore. What am I supposed to do when I KNOW my email and pw are valid?

I have the same problem of not receiving an email on resetting my password. I've tried it in three browsers so far. Airrun, are you still handling this problem for users? Thanks.

I tried the password reset and it says it's sent to the address, but I don't receive anything. I suspect that the sbcglobal is the culprit. I cannot receive any emails from Twitter.com. Is there a way to delete it from your end?

I have since made another account and it uses a gmail account and that one actually receives e-mails.
