I haven't been able to get into twitter for for the past two days! Every Twitter URL is "500 Internal Server Error." Haven't seen anything on the blogs. What's up?
The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

Youch!
While it is working for me, there are a few things that you can do before the Twitter folks chime in to see if you can solve the problem without them.
First, we know the system is up for others, so any problem is going to be specific to just your account, or just a set of users.
The two things that are specific to you from the global sense are your cookies, and your account on twitter. While we can't do much to fix the latter, we can rule out the former being the cause.
If you clear your cookies, it will log you out of the site. At that point you should be able to get back to the site. If you can't, there's a more serious problem (either misconfigured DNS on your end, or some other nonsense), but as a betting man I would put a wager that you will than at least be able to get back to the site.
Then, you try to log in again. If you can, you know it was something specific to the session you had before. Somehow your session on the site got into a state where the system wasn't playing nice. If you can't, than there is something up with your account that is beyond your control. At that point the Twitter-ers will have to come in and clear up the issue.
I’m hoping that helps

Inappropriate? It seems to me that things are running slower than normal, and I just got a 500 server error when pulling up a page. I'll add that I have been hearing that there have been sporadic issues this week--code exposed in weird places, tweets not going through, etc. JeffClavier reported a whole sequence of problems like this. It wouldn't surprise me if some of the upgrades leading up to the big new features reported by TechCrunch earlier this week were causing some of these issues.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate? The "Internal Server Error" problem resolved when I (ahem) restarted my computer. Hard to figure why that would be --
