this is Nuts!.. i think its a virus, whatever you do, try not to click on any other user names that you've never heard of, Change your password, and delete all cookies, also, delete saved twitter passwords.

The lock simply says, that this user has protected his updates. So you cannot see his updates, except the user allows you to do.
