I'm a size 6. Why would I send weight loss info out to anyone, let alone everyone?

somebody ran a weight loss thing under my username. I have no knowledge of the product, or who, or HOW this was done. Went to everone, apparantly and now I am havig trouble getting on twitter at all Any way to erase them? This seems like spam. Thanks
