impossible to verify my phone
I have a phone number that was once a landline, then ported to sprint, then to ATT, which is where it is now.
I can send "help" to all short codes and get a reply
I had added my number in formats of +number, +1number, number all with the area code.
I am told to send a auth code to a +44 number, which never replies. I also should not need to use a +44 number, as I am in the Bay Area.
I do not know why twitter thinks my number is international.
Now it tells me there is a duplicate so I can not test further.
Made it work with g-friends phone, and she is also on ATT, so its something about my number twitter does not like

Do you happen to have another account that might have the same number registered? If that's the case, then you'll have to unregister that one and set it up again with the account you want.

Inappropriate?I had a perfectly working Twitter from my iPhone then suddenly I have none! I deleted it and started again. I put in the verificaiton number and it's still coming up. Then I ping Help and I do get help reply. No one is receiving my mobile tweets and it is not displaying on my profile and it still shows that I am not verified. I'm annoyed.
I’m wanting this fixed asap.
