Inappropriate?I believe the answer depends on what's already included as part of your plan (meaning it's likely that the answer varies even among Verizon customers).
I suspect that someone from Twitter won't be able to give you the answer. -
Inappropriate?I don't think so. I blocked premium texting from my phone, so when I get one of those, instead of the actual message content, I get a note saying the message was a premium text and I've blocked those, etc. Twitter messages get sent to me just fine.
