Is it possible to have [Next] and [Previous] links on individual tweet pages?

When I follow the "in reply to" link from someone's Twitter update, I'm not always linked to the correct tweet.

I'm therefore wondering if it's possible to add a [Next] and [Previous] link on the individual tweet page so I can click through and find the real reply.

For example, if I were reading this tweet by Crystal, I'd love to see two links at the bottom: Next and Previous, where Next takes me to the tweet that comes after and Previous takes me the tweet that came before.

It's another way of navigating through someone's Twitter updates, one tweet at a time.

I consider this a nice-to-have, so I'd understand completely if it's classified as low priority. I figured I'd mention it just the same for consideration. 8-)
