Isn't twitter working with Yoigo mobiles (Spain) anymore?
I'm not able to receive twitters on my mobile phone anymore. It's the same with my mother mobile and my boyfriend's. We all have Yoigo mobiles (Spanish company) and I think this is the problem. Maybe they are blocking twitters, because I have just changes to an older number, which is from another company, and twitter goes as perfect as always was.
I have written to twitter help many times and I never have any answer and neither the problems gets solved! Please, try and fox this problem, because we are many people in Spain that have Yoigo and are using twitter every day.

Inappropriate?Hello. Twitter had to discontinue sms to most of the world due to cost. Sms stopped for all countries except US, Canada, and India in Aug 2008. Sms to Canada stopped this week.
They expressed an intent to establish in-country sms numbers, but apparently those take time because of legal restrictions and negotiations with each country's telco.

If it's absolutely critical for you to receive sms, there are a number of third-party services that will be happy to send you your Twitter sms for a fee. See the Twitter Fan Wiki for a list (click here).
