I've got to get this person blocked...
I've blocked someone, yet I still show up on the "Following" list. They are able to to make replies to me, yet I do not receive them. How can I, completely, remove myself from this person's list? Will they still be able to "send" me messages that I won't see, but everyone else will?

Inappropriate?Even if you block someone, there is no way to prevent them from tweeting with an @reply to your username, and yes if they are publicly broadcasting their account, people will be able to see these replies.
If they are a spammer, you may be able to get their account suspended by sending a msg to twitter.com/spam
