Justin.tv not updating Twitter

It doesn't update my twitter whenever I start streaming from Justin.tv. I have the option selected on Justin.tv. I see on the list of 3rd party apps on Twitter that it's been allowed. When I first did this long ago, it worked fine, then it just... stopped...
