Let's add a mute button

I would like to have the ability to mute a particular person or list via a tweetable command.

Let's say I cannot afford to be distracted during a meeting with the latest Woot! Off, so I tweet the following:

MUTE@wootoff 3hr

This command would mute @wootoff for 3 hours, but after 3 hours, would resume normally.
