@sarawilson0000 has not been banned not from twitter, unfortunately, but from http://revtwt.com/blocked-clicks.php?... for posting this URL: http://tinyurl.com/ms9cke which leads to the above. She posts a variety of spamming money-making URLs.

A lot of spammers try to throw twitter off the trail by posting other links. This does not negate the fact they are spammers.
