Locked out of 3rd party apps. Let me in!
I have tried logging into both Twitterific and TweetDeck, and they both tell me that there's an user error, and/or that I have the wrong id/password. I know I'm entering the correct log-in info. One of the error messages said something about being locked out on Twitter. How can I fix this?

In my case, it was my firewall... try disabling it and trying to log on, if it works, you'll know that's where the problem is. Good luck!
