Locked out of account. Can't get help.
My Twitter account is seemingly locked out. Apparently this was an issue last week when people were locked out of their accounts after changing a username or password. I changed my username a few days ago and now I can not log into my account. I also can not create a help ticket with zendesk because I can't access my Twitter account. Is there any type of an e-mail address for Twitter or something I can use to get my issue resolved? Does anyone know?

Inappropriate?Did you ever get help? This just happened to me when I changed my password because I was hacked. I can't create a help ticket either....frustrated.

Use "Password issues - Cannot log into my account" as the subject line. Explain your issue and include the info listed below:
- username
- email address associated with account
- phone number associated with account
- date account was created
You should receive a robo-response pretty soon from Twitter Support.

From the limited research I have done - it seems it will take them awhile to resolve any issue. Pretty pathetic that such an amazing service with millions of users employs only 7 people for tech support.
I'm really hoping it will not take weeks to resolve a simple log-in issue.
