Login "remember me" not working
The Twitter login page option to "remember me" no longer works. It's UNBELIEVABLY ANNOYING to have to log in every single time I try to load my and every other Twitter user's page. Is something broken and being fixed, or is it supposed to be some kind of new security "feature?"
I've deleted and refreshed all Twitter cookies, doesn't help. I see the problem with four different web browsers and on three different computers. I also saw another thread here - started over a month ago - where other people reported the same problem, with no response from anyone within the company.
Twitter - please explain. If you need more details I will be happy to provide.

Inappropriate?I have been having the same problem since two or three days. -
Inappropriate?Yes I've had the same problem for a week or two, on different browsers, different computers, different operating systems. I'm using Google Chrome right now and I can see several twitter cookies (I'm allowing all cookies) including one from twitter.com called auth_token which expires in 20 years. I assume this is the 'remember me' cookie, but it doesn't work. I have the same problem with the mobile site.

i'm a web developer myself and this is so simple to implement, it's amazing how it doesn't work in twitter :D

Inappropriate?Yep... Same here. My login seems to persist maybe a day at most. I haven't done any extensive testing, though.
