Lost Followers/Following. No point in using account. HELP!!

My account is @comfycrafter. I have zero followers and zero I am following and 5 days ago I had 200/150. The help issue on this topic indicates this type of issue is fixed but it is clear from the comments in the thread it is not fixed, yet there doesn't seem to be any acknowledgment from twitter there is still an issue.

Is this still a known issue? Can you please fix? When will I get my followers and those I was following back? Can we please get an update out to the users?
