Lost password, no reset email being sent
Hi there,I hope someone can help, although I appreciate this is a pretty last ditch attempt, but I hope it's worth shot! I created a new twitter account last week (@tweetforthought) and now it seems that I'm locked out. The password was fine, and I got the confimation email oK which I verified. So when I couldn't login I tried the forgotten password form. I get the onscreen message that a reset email has been sent but nothing arrives.
As would be typical, the twitter address is being printed in a theatre program this week, and we needed to be able to update posts each day, so to be locked out is a disaster. Anyway I've submitted a ticket to twitter, and I know it's probably manic at the moment, and so haven't heard back, but what is worrying me is that if my password reminder email is not coming through, then maybe the support reply won't come through either.
Does anyone have any advice?
