This really does not bode well for Twitter. They are obviously in way over their head and can't support the service they claim to offer. If they have to shut down the service every time there's a load what's the point of growing?
No one can rely on a service that is randomly turned off at the developer's whim.

Inappropriate?I had this problem a few months back and it was fixed. I believe it or a variant of it is back as I've been watching the stats carefully and the new followers that I know well are now following and things just don't add up. Appreciate if a twitter support techo can check this out cos it is very frustrating.
