Missing Logic Moreof

Missing Logic: Why as a Twitter user when I want to register a problem do I have to type my problem in and THEN find that I need to "open an account" even though I'm already logged on??? OK I've been through the process once and NOW I understand that "Get SatisfactioN" is a separate thing from Twitter. First timers aren't experts and this BIZARRE logic is simply not a goood way to treat first timers.
