Missing Logic: Why as a Twitter user when I want to register a problem do I have to type my problem in and THEN find that I need to "open an account" even though I'm already logged on??? OK I've been through the process once and NOW I understand that "Get SatisfactioN" is a separate thing from Twitter. First timers aren't experts and this BIZARRE logic is simply not a goood way to treat first timers.

Inappropriate?Oh yes, a lot of people have asked Satisfaction to handle OpenID and OAuth, as can be seen from this related thread.
I believe OAuth is now supported and OpenID is in the works. Once OpenID is out, people should be able to log into Satisfaction without creating a new account.
