SOME tweets from people I am following are missing from my timeline. I (hit Refresh) and see some tweets from others and assume I am seeing all of them. Then I refresh later, and see additional tweets that were not there the first time.
I go back several pages in my timeline and there are a ton of new tweets that were not there the first time! I originally see SOME tweets from someone I follow, but not ALL of their tweets. Later, more of their missing tweets will be added to my timeline. This is very frustrating. They may be added hours or days later.

Inappropriate?Hi Missy. Please consider filing a support ticket at http://twitter.com/help -- you can copy and paste the text you've got here into the support ticket.
Also, it may help Twitter troubleshoot if you could also include in the support ticket any links to specific tweets that you've noticed coming in later.
( There are other threads in this forum that mention missing tweets, but your issue appears to be a different problem altogether.) -
Inappropriate?I know this is a very old thread, but I am having this same problem. A handful of the people I follow never show up in my timeline. There seems to be no answer or explanation or even a way to ask about this anywhere! -

I've just started on twitter and am already having this problem...the issue is posted 4 other times on this site, with an addition 20 people having the same problem
makes me wonder if my tweets are missing on others' also...if that's the case, then why am i tweeting at all?
why is there no answer from twitter admin?
the frustration and lack of a timely response is enough to make me quit twitter
someone please address this and respond!

Inappropriate?same thing here. I only get some of the messages of folks I follow but not all of them. If I search on their name, I see posts they made that I didn't get but I have some of the ones they sent.
