mobile, IM, notices, and background issues...a package!!!

i sent sms (to 40404 through AT&T) and gTalk message 20 hours ago, nothing worked yet...
also, i am not getting any email notices about my followers,
and i've tried to change my background image, but could only change the color...

I’m frustrated
