my name does not appear in "find people"
My twitter account does not appear when people search for my name or username in "find people" on twitter. I am no where to be found, the only way people can follow me is if they already know my username.

There used to be a way to "create a ticket" on their support page. They've since deleted the page, as far as I can tell, and it redirects to the "zen" help desk page. (Not very zen for me. I'm still frustrated as all get out.)

But the last time I created one about my name not being in "find people" Twitter just marked my problem "solved" and did nothing. This has been going on since April. Just created a new ticket, but am not optimistic about getting any help. -

You can also find the Twitter submit request link there. I have tried to get Twitter to explain this here for months. They seem to leave it to me, to help you all. Maddening, I know.
